Leading up to the delivery of my 4th child, I took trips to downtown Fort Worth twice a week. I often had appointments around lunch time, meaning I explored the area for new restaurants to visit! One restaurant, in particular, drew our family in on more than one occasion: Baker Bros American Deli is located in Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, which is convenient to the shopping, business offices and local residents.
Texas Cobb – Mixed greens with smoked turkey, bacon, black olives, red onion, diced tomato, garlic seasoned croutons, chopped egg and crumbled bleu cheese, topped with local spiced pecans.
Ham & Cheese – Ham with cheddar cheese, red onion, lettuce, tomato and deli mustard on a farm Ciabatta roll.
Adult PB&J – Creamy peanut butter, sliced bananas, crispy bacon and chipotle strawberry jam on toasted wheatberry bread.
But wait… all of that gets even better with the Raspberry Shortcake for dessert. Just look at the picture below! Pair all this with a flavored tea and I could eat here every single day!
Since the service was quick and the location is convenient, I know we’ll be back – probably for the upcoming girl’s shopping day with my daughter! (She loved the Adult PB&J, too!)
