Last week, we took a trip to the magical world of Disney with Disney on Ice’s Dare to Dream. I think this could have been “the best” Disney on Ice production, but then again, Disney is sure to please. (And I enjoy them all!)
My family attended the opening night performance in Dallas, TX. We were greeted by Mickey, Minnie and “the gang”, who began to share stories about their friends, the princesses. We were soon introduced to Tiana, Cinderella and Rapunzel.
The Disney on Ice cast of world-class skaters were amazing, bringing us into each of the stories. Dare to Dream had the complete attention of my daughter and youngest son, but pulled in my oldest son (7), too! *For the record, my 7 year old was very hesitant about going to the show because it was “all about princesses”. Ten seconds into the show, however, he was just as interested as my daughter! Throughout the show, there are evil stepmothers, animals, “bad guys” and flying princesses! We all enjoyed the production!
You can still catch a few performances in the Dallas, Texas area:
