This summer has been busy! Sometimes the morning rushes by and it’s already time for lunch. On those days we have plans before and after lunch, I need something quick and easy to fix! So when Fast Fixin’ contacted me to try their chicken nuggets, I thought it would be a good challenge! And my children were very excited about the “dino shapes”.
I like to serve meals that don’t take too long to prepare. If I can turn on the oven and have lunch ready in under 20 minutes, I am in! I like to have quick meals in the freezer, but I never like to microwave them to get them warm. (I like crunchy textures.) I popped in the Fast Fixin Chicken Nuggets along side some french fries, and in about 15 minutes, lunch was done! Crispy, hot, all white meat and not fried in grease! Fast Fixin’ actually has 20% less fat and calories than its competition. That’s nice to know!
Fast Fixin can be found at stores like HEB, Kroger, Albertsons and Walmart. (They sell for about $4.99 a bag, but are often on sale!)
