Halloween is always a fun time of year, bringing candy, costumes and yummy treats! I always try to make a weekly fun snack leading up to October 31. It gets my children excited and ready for trick-or-treating!
These Halloween Monster Treats are fun, quick and easy to make. And even better? They require very few ingredients and have no mess!
You will need:
1 Box of chocolate roll cakes (Swiss Rolls or Ho Ho’s)
Black or white icing (gel or regular)
popsicle or lollipop sticks
Start by unwrapping the chocolate roll cakes and inserting a stick (gently) into one end.
Dab a small amount of icing on the back of two edible eyes. This will act as your “glue” to keep the eyes in place.
Last, pipe on a smile and other embellishments (stitches, eyebrows, etc.) and enjoy!
