My husband and I eat by means of a Keto Lifestyle.  It’s been working very well for us, and I enjoy it.  With colder temperatures outside, it’s nice to stay warm inside with an easy to make Keto Hot Chocolate.  Using just a few ingredients, this keto hot chocolate is not only delicious, it’s a great way to get your fats in!

Keto Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 heavy whipping cream
1 TSB butter
1 TSB coconut oil
1 TSP unsweetened cocoa powder
stevia (or sweetener of choice) to taste
dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Warm, stirring constantly. Right when the mixture starts to boil, turn the fire off and carefully place the hot chocolate in a blender. Mix until frothy and enjoy!
