Well I am here to tell you that those thoughts are a thing of the past. There are reliable, neat, courteous and professional plumbers available to take care of your needs.
Baker Brothers Plumbing is located in Dallas, Texas. They have served Dallas-Fort Worth as a licensed plumbing business since 1945. Over the decades, they have strived to stay on the cutting-edge including such state-of-the-art services as:
– Exceptional response time facilitated by 21 computer-dispatched, computer-tracked trucks.
– Video leak inspections at little or sometimes no cost to the customer.
– Underground boring which allows pipes to be replaced without ever digging a trench (trenchless).
Their mission is to provide:
– Clean and professional plumbing reflected in both the quality of our work and the condition of your home after they leave.
– Flat rate pricing that insures you know the costs up front. No guessing and no surprises.
– Licensed plumbers, not salesmen. They come to your home to fix the problem, not try to up sell you on services you don’t need.
….they were all that, and more.
Our house is less than 5 years old. I started noticing moving water in the bowl of the bathroom toilet. I knew we needed to get this taken care of, or the dollar signs on the water bill would start to go up.
When I was given the opportunity to have service performed by Baker Brothers Plumbing, I knew exactly what needed to be repaired.
At the time I scheduled my appointment, I was in awe of the representative. I could sense her smile over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for the next day, and was told I would be called when the plumber was on his way to my house.
Sure enough, at almost the exact time I was told the plumber would be calling, he called. He stated he would arrive in 45 minutes, if that was ok with my schedule.
The plumber arrived, and had a very professional appearance. He introduced himself before entering my house, which was greatly appreciated. The plumber was wearing shoe covers, to protect my floors from any dirt or grime on his shoes, which was appreciated, too. I showed him to the bathroom, and he began diagnosing the problem. The plumber explained what caused the ‘problem’, and explained what he would do to repair it. Thirty minutes and a few changed parts later….no trickling water!
Before leaving, the plumber offered to check my hot water heater to be sure everything was in order. Better safe than sorry, right? I like knowing things are in good service.
Unfortunately, the day after the plumber left, my toilet began running. Constantly. I called Baker Brothers again, and was told someone could be there that day. Because that didn’t work for my schedule, I opted to have someone come out the next day. Sure enough, I was the first customer of the day, ensuring the problem would be taken care of.
The second plumber was dressed just as professionally as the first. (And he wore shoe covers, too.)
The second plumber explained what happened, and began repairing. About fifteen minutes later, his work was complete, and to this day….no more toilet trouble!
If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a plumber in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you know who I will say. I was very satisfied with the work: from the appointment to the shoe covers. ::wink::
