Every now and then, we need a drink to help us relax or as means for a nice celebration. I’m a fan of a good vodka and I have found that Pinnacle Vodka, in particular, is not only good alone, but great in recipes!
With National Vodka Day next month (October 4), I’ve been exploring a few drinks, deciding on which one I like the best. Luckily, Pinnacle Vodka sent me an assortment of my favorite flavors to try new recipes with!
Of the Citrus, Berry and their newest flavor, Amaretto Vodka, I found each flavor to be unique in it’s own way. The citrus vodka offered great compliment to iced tea. The berry vodka was excellent in lemonade and the amaretto (my new favorite) was fantastic with a little juice!
Take a look at the recipes below, and get in the kitchen to create a few Pinnacle Vodka recipes of your own! National Vodka Day will be here before you know it!
Pinnacle Amaretto Vodka
Smooth from start to finish, dark almond swirls around notes of sweet cookie in this satisfying amaretto vodka. Dress up a cappuccino, ginger ale or create your own vodka drink for a cozy evening treat.
Using just a few ingredients already in my kitchen, I explored the possibilities. Then settled on this delicious combination:
1 part Amaretto Vodka
2 parts of your preferred juice. (I used a 100% Berry Blend.)
Mix in a glass with ice and garnish with a lime, orange or cherry.
Pinnacle Citrus Vodka
Pinnacle has managed to take the zesty mist from peeling fresh citrus and bottle it. Splash this refreshing citrus vodka into lemon-lime or club soda for a punch of bright flavor.
Double Citrus Screwdriver
1 part Citrus Vodka
2 parts Orange Juice
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange wedge.
This fresh raspberry vodka captures the juicy zing of sun-ripened raspberries straight off the vine. Add a sweet and tart kick to lemonade or soda without the trouble of finding your own berry patch.
Pinnacle Razzy Lemonade
1 part Raspberry Vodka
2 parts Lemonade
Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and raspberries.
