Scheduling a PICKUP™ is simple! Just log into the app on your smartphone or the web and once you do, the app will let you know the estimated time of arrival for your pickup and driver. You will also see a photo of the truck and the name of your good guy driver, and you’ll be able to contact him through the app, if required.
PICKUP™ works very hard to ensure that the drivers in the network are the best guys around. They have contracted off-duty firemen, military personnel, and veterans. The drivers pass extensive background and other qualification tests before they can drive for PICKUP™. Their motto says it best, though: Good Guys with Pickups On Demand™.
And through the PICKUP™ app, you can see where your driver is every step of the way! You even have the ability to contact your driver directly throughout the entire run! That sounds extremely helpful – and that’s not even mentioning that your trip is insured up to $20,000.
