Have you ever heard the saying “You’re only as old as you feel?” All my life, I never understood it. Until now. Between three children in soccer and the school PTO and daily household tasks, there are some days I feel like I’m pushing 50 and can’t wait to get that afternoon nap in. So I took the Real Age test, as recommended by a friend.
After taking the Real Age Test, I knew surely my age would be much higher than I thought. I was wrong.
So I had my husband take it, too, since the test is free to take. While his results weren’t that bad to read, either, it was interesting to go through the list, reviewing my health conditions. Years ago, I would have checked one, maybe two health concerns. When I took this test today, I checked several concerns, knowing my real age was showing just that… my real age! But the test went further than health concerns… the test looks at family life, exercise and more, through four categories: Health, Feelings, Fitness and Diet. It definitely makes you aware of the things you are doing and what you need (or should) be doing, before showing you a calculation of your body’s actual age. One question that made me think was related to whether or not I take vitamins daily. Guess I should add those to my next shopping list!
So what was my age?
Surprising for me, and definitely not as bad as I thought – 1.2 years isn’t bad – and I can work on getting the number even lower through the recommendations provided at the end the test. The tips were great to read, too!
Take the Real Age test for yourself and see just how old you really are! You may be surprised to read your results!
