One of the more popular questions at my coupon classes is this: “I am told I have to install a coupon printer to print a coupon. What is it, and is this safe?”
When you go to print your first coupon print session on your computer, you will indeed be asked to install a coupon printer. You will only have to install once, possibly per website. Printable coupons each have a bar code and trackable codes attached to the particular coupon. In order for these to print properly, you are required to install this small program on your computer. Coupon Printer Programs are safe, as long as they are from a reputable website (coupons.com, redplum.com, etc.).
So go ahead and print those coupons! And keep in mind that when you print coupons from links on The Frugal Mom, you are supporting this site!
