When I was invited for a day at Six Flags Over Texas to learn about the park and Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes, I immediately said yes! We live about 30 minutes from Six Flags, and it’s a place my children enjoy visiting! Lucky for me, I was invited to bring two of my children along, too!
We put on our cool clothes and packed the sunscreen and bottled water, then head out for a fun day. We were instantly greeted by Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, who were hanging out by the carousel. The smile on both my son and daughter’s face was huge! I knew it would be a great morning! (Plus I was there with many of my blogging friends – you can’t beat that!)
The characters weren’t the only celebrities we were greeted with….our day also included Stacy DeBroff, the founder and CEO of Mom Central Consulting, and Steve Martingale, the President of Six Flags Over Texas! Both were a pleasure to meet and provided us with interesting facts about Wet Ones and the Six Flags theme park before we were treated to lunch at JB’s Smokehouse.
Keeping the Wet Ones and Six Flags facts in mind, we toured the park with our friends and I made myself aware of the situations where Wet Ones antibacterial wipes would come in handy: Park rides, bathrooms, restaurants, door knobs and so many more! So many people ride the park rides then head off to the restaurants to eat. With Wet Ones, you can easily wipe up and kill 99.9% of bacteria! It’s so easy and convenient that cleaning up can be done while waiting for your meal!
Not only are the antibacterial wipes handy before eating, they are also handy after the meal! We stopped to enjoy Funnel Cakes as a mid-afternoon snack. A funnel cake with strawberries, whipped cream and powdered sugar? Though yummy, delicious and beautiful, they can also be MESSY! Thankfully the team from Mom Central stocked our table with Wet Ones, or that would have been a very sticky situation!
It was fast and easy to clean up before heading back to the rides! And my children had no hesitation in doing so! The ride of choice? The roller coasters! They had a great time, and I did, too!

That funnel cake looks mighty tasty! We got one without the sticky strawberries, but the Wet Ones would have cut through that mess pretty easily. 🙂
It was great seeing you guys there. We’ve been carrying packages of Wet Ones with us everywhere since then. I even keep them handy for fast booboo cleaning when we’re out and about. It kills the germs fast and doesn’t sting.
