All giveaway entries are submitted by a form, which goes directly into one document that only I have access to.  The entries on the document are numbered, and I use rafflecopter or a random number generator to pick a winning number.  The winner will be notified by e-mail.  If I do not hear a reply from the winner within 24 hours after initial contact, I have the right to select another winner.
