Whether you are preparing for a birthday party, an anniversary party, St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas or any other occasion, this recipe for green punch is easy to make and a crowd-pleaser! It’s simple, fruity and delicious! (Trust me!)  In fact, make sure you save this green punch recipe because your friends will ask for it over and over!

I made this green punch for St. Patrick’s day, then my son asked for it again at Halloween and his birthday! It’s easy to customize to your liking, and adults can add alcohol to it, if desired!

Green Punch Recipe

Ingredients:
Green Hawaiian Punch, 1 gallon
Sprite or Sierra Mist, 2 liters
can of pineapple juice
2 fresh limes

Optional:
garnish: pineapple chunks, lime slices and cherries (optional)
pineapple sherbert
coconut rum

Directions:
(I like to serve this from a large drink dispenser, but you can serve it right from a pitcher – just adjust the ingredients to fit in the container.)

Start by pouring 1/2 of the Hawaiian Punch and 1/2 of the Sprite into your desired container, and stir to combine.  Add the entire can of pineapple juice and stir again.  (If you want a nice foam top on the drink, add a few scoops of  pineapple  sherbert!)

Juice the fresh limes and add that liquid to the drink mix.   (This would also be the time to add in the alcohol, if you choose to do so.)

 

Put ice in each glass and pour the green punch over the top.  Add garnish, if desired.  I like to put a pineapple chunk and a cherry on a toothpick and add to the glass.

This green punch recipe is quick and easy, and if you need to refill the beverage dispenser during your party, it can be done quickly since there aren’t many ingredients!
