If you have never visited BRIO Tuscan Grille, make sure you add this restaurant to your to-do list!
BRIO, meaning “lively” or “full of life” serves its customers an authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The subtitle, “Tuscan Grille” is descriptive in the menu that features oven-roasted steaks, chops and seafood, similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. BRIO’s philosophy? “To eat well, is to live well;” which is why it only uses the finest and freshest ingredients.
We were invited to visit Brio Tuscan Grille in Southlake, TX, specifically to try the new Fall Features, which are available until October 1. Brio always surpasses our expectations with their kind service, attention to detail and amazing flavors — and this visit was no different.
If you’ve ever wanted to “eat” the flavors of fall, make sure you check out the seasonal entrees:
The Chicken & Mozzarella Stuffed Ravioli: Pancetta, sweet potatoes, asparagus, light champagne cream, Gorgonzola, pine nuts, balsamic glaze ($15.95)
Our favorite was the Grilled Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop: Sweet potatoes, mushrooms, pancetta, brussels sprouts, caramelized onion, maple balsamic vinaigrette ($21.95) I could have eaten the sweet potatoes, mushrooms, brussel sprouts and onions as my dinner. It was that good!
We also enjoyed the Steak Saltimbocca: Stuffed with prosciutto and provolone, crispy fingerlings, chile flake, fried sage, broccolini, Marsala sauce ($27.95)
Brio is also offering an amazing spread of desserts, including the Snickerdoodle Peach Cobbler, which is served warm with vanilla bean gelato and powdered sugar. It would make a great choice for the two-course early dinner combo! (Just look at it!)
Two-course Early Dinner Combos At Brio Tuscan Grille
Available through Oct. 20, guests can enjoy the following two-course early dinner combos, Monday-Friday from 3-5:30 p.m. Each entrée comes with a choice of soup, salad or dessert.
- $12.95 combo entrée options include the Margarita Flatbread, Mezza Lasagna Bolognese or Pasta Pesto.
- $14.95 combo entrée options include the Shrimp Mediterranean, Chicken Milanese or Pasta BRIO.
