Brownie Bowl Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:

1 package Brownie Mix
1 package Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cups Milk
1-2 cups Whipped Cream

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly spray your bake-a-bowl pan.

Prepare brownie mix, as directed on the package.  Pour into the pan, filling only to the line indication.  Put the top of the pan on, securing the tabs to stabilize the two pieces.  Bake as indicated on package, about 25 minutes.

While the brownies are baking, prepare the pudding in a medium bowl by adding 2 cups of milk and lightly whisking the two ingredients together.  Allow this mixture to thicken in the refrigerator for about 3 minutes.  (Will not be fully set.)

After 3 minutes, take the pudding out of the refrigerator and fold in the whipped cream.  Set this mixture back into the refrigerator.

When the brownies are out of the oven, allow them to cool completely.  (About 30 minutes)

At this point, you can gently remove the brownies from the pan.  (You may have to go around the edges with a toothpick so they pop out easier.)

To fill the brownie cups, you can either spoon a dollop of the mousse into the indention or you can fill a pastry bag with the mousse and pipe it into the center.  Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate (use a vegetable peeler on a candy bar, a Hershey kiss or leftover chocolate bunnies from Easter!)
