If there’s one thing I love about weekends, it’s breakfast. My husband usually does the cooking, and it’s nice to wake up to the smell of bacon or something baking in the oven. A few weeks ago, my husband tried a new muffin recipe, which was a huge hit! He searched online for recipes using Honey Bunches of Oats, a cereal we almost always have in our pantry, and discovered that you can easily turn that cereal into Honey Muffins.
Trust me when I say these are delicious, easy to make and will make any Mom happy on Mother’s Day! And the best part? You probably have most of the ingredients already in your kitchen!
