Air Fryer Hot Wings

Want to make these hot wings in your air fryer? It’s totally possible, highly recommended and can be done in just 30 minutes!  The best part? you’ll use no oil and get the same great flavor on these crispy wings!

Ingredients:
• 3 lbs Chicken wings
• 1.5 tbs baking powder
• Salt & Pepper
• Buffalo Sauce
• BBQ Sauce
• Garlic Parmesan Sauce

To get started in the air-fryer, just dry your wings (with a paper towel if needed) completely. *Don’t miss this step.  It’s important, and those dry wings are they key to getting that crispy texture. After the wings are dried. Toss them in a large bowl with the baking powder, salt and pepper.

Next, place the wings in the air fryer (preferably on a rack) and cook until crispy, about 30 minutes.  *Always test for doneness before serving.

You can toss the wings in a store-bought wing sauce, as noted in the previous recipe or serve them without sauce for a keto friendly version, which can also be done with the sheet pan hot wing recipe above!
