I like to have a good Girl’s Night Out once a month.  About 8 ladies get together, each bringing a potluck dish of choice.  I like to bring an appetizer, since it’s good for snacking on throughout the party, too!  My latest appetizer was a nice bowl of Spinach and Artichoke Dip, which was a huge hit among the crowd!

I don’t know that anyone knows just how easy this Spinach and Artichoke Dip really is to make, because there are some recipes that take way too long to prepare. Don’t be scared of this one, though!  It’s quick and can even be served hot or cold!

Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and liquid drained (Wrap in paper towels and absorb the excess liquid.)
12 ounce jar artichokes, chopped
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
If serving hot, put into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
If serving cold, refrigerate to chill.

This dip is great served with fresh tortilla chips from Market Street!
