We are planning a big New Year party for a crowd. There will be about 20 people in attendance and I might be on the verge of stress. With that many people to please, I need appetizers, main dishes and desserts that everyone will like. I thought and thought about appetizers, then my son chimed in with “egg rolls!” He knows I love Asian foods, so that was a fantastic idea – and absolutely perfect for a crowd. I love to dip my favorite egg rolls and spring rolls in a sweet plum dipping sauce, so I headed to the freezer section of Walmart for Tai Pei products.

Sweet Plum Dipping Sauce1 cup of plum jam
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons of ginger, minced
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1.5 tablespoons of Asian Chili Garlic sauce
Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients and cook in a small pan on medium heat until the sauce is boiling. Remove from heat and serve. This will thicken as it sits and can be refrigerated after it cools.
These rolls look like the life of the party! And right now, if you are an Ibotta shopper, there is an Ibotta rebate offer that runs through 12/31 you can find all the details here.
Make sure you check out Tai Pei on twitter, pinterest and facebook for some great holiday party recipes and ideas.
